ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Followed :Doc ID 2493512.1 "How to Install APEX using DBCA". Installed APEX on the Container but the installation did not install/propageated anything to PDB$SEED or PDB_name
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
See APEX on the PDBs along with the one on CDB.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use DBCA and install APEX on CDB
2. When finish APEX is not found in the PDBs dba_registry but they have nothing.
