Creating ReportsToolsInstance fails with below errors:

wls:/<domain>/serverConfig/> createReportsToolsInstance(instanceName='reptools1', machine=AdminServerMachine')
Traceback (innermost last):

NameError: createReportsToolsInstance

Same issue while creating ReportsServerInstance:

wls:/<domain>/serverConfig/> createReportsServerInstance(instanceName='StandaloneRepServerName', machine='AdminServerMachine')

NameError: createReportsServerInstance
wls:/<domain>/serverConfig/>

The Reports Tools and Server templates have been chosen during WebLogic Domain creation.

Changes

 This is a new install of FMW Oracle Reports 12c.
