Symptoms

Tuxedo client gets "LIBTUX_CAT:6031: ERROR: Unable to pre-process buffer before tranmission. Error code(12/4811)" reported in its ULOG when attempting to call a Tuxedo application server.

The access.log in the Tuxedo server side confirms the initial connection is made with the WSH.
View32 buffer is being passed in the call and it is the same compiled buffer file in use by the client and server.
