Post Upgrade 12.2.1.4, Login Request Going to Incorrect Managed Server Host:Port Instead of Load Balancer (Doc ID 2770960.1)

Symptoms

Post Upgrade to 12.2.1.4, login is taking a long time and then timing out, because the request is going to managed server host and non-ssl port, but using https protocol.

Review of other configuration files shows the following properties were pointed to LB prior to upgrade, but after upgrade pointed to managed server:
deployerConfigContext.xml: loginUrl
customBeans.xml: sitesUrl
cas.properties: server.name

Changes

 Upgraded to 12.2.1.4
