Symptoms

On : 18.4 version, All Issues

Installed APEX/ORDS and deployed ORDS in Tomcat.

All the grants were given to APEX_PUBLIC_USER.

Created a sample ORDS REST service as per steps documented in Doc ID 2297021.1, and when testing the REST request the URL fails with the following error.
