On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SOA instances are getting aborted for exception in 12c

In 12c4 soa clustered domain the soa instances are getting aborted whereas in 11g for any exception it used to move in running state. This is happening when a Terminate activity is present on the composite.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Instances to move to running state instead of aborted state
