Symptoms

After installing WebLogic Server (WLS) and moving on to install the WebContent Server, an error occurred involving the cleaning of a library:

This error occurred during the below step:

Install FMW WebCenter Content
java.exe -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_wccontent.jar

Error: Failed to clean library directory: <PATH>\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\modules\thirdparty\features\org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient_4.5.6.0.0.jar
