Prior to May 1 2021 the only 12c Webgates for both 12.2.1.3.0/12.2.1.4.0, is addressed in KM Note "Getting To Know The Oracle HTTP Server 12c (OHS 12.2.1.4.0) WebGate (WG) (Doc ID 2701267.1)"

As of May 2021, the OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) IIS & Apache OAM WebGates were released

As of October 2021, the OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) IHS OAM WebGate was released

As of May 2022, the OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) Apache OAM WebGate on Solaris and the OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) IHS 9 WebGate on AIX were released

At this time, these WebGates are available only on edelivery
Availability on OTN is in the works
