Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version

AdminServer logfile show error message 'A null or empty string cannot be unmarshalled'

New 12.2.1.4 SOA domain.

AdminServer diagnostic log shows following error messages are quite frequent:

"A null or empty string cannot be unmarshalled into a PolicySet object"
