Trying to Download SOA Suite Patches Results In Error "You do not have privileges to download Software Extended Support patches" (Doc ID 2774258.1)

Oracle SOA Suite - Version 11.1.1.1.0 and later
Oracle Service Bus - Version 11.1.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer has done the following steps:

  1. Logged into My Oracle Support
  2. Clicked on to Patches & Updates tab
  3. Inserted patch number into Search Box and click Apply

Result: Information about the patch was displayed but Download button is greyed out and popup message is shown
