Oracle Identity Governance (OIG): "Organization Name" Is Overwritten After Running "SSO User Incremental Reconciliation" Job (Doc ID 2774340.1)

Last updated on MAY 01, 2023

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While using 12c OIG-OAM SSO integration, the OIG Users "Organization Name" is being overwritten to "Xellerate Users" after running the "SSO User Incremental Reconciliation" job.

"SSO Target" object does not contain an attribute and mapping for "Organization Name" attribute to save value on target side.

If you add a mapping for "Organization Name" to the SSOTarget resource objects "Schema" tab and map it to an attribute on the target side then a new user creation results in the actual organization name being written to the LDAP DB SSO target instead of act_key and this creates problem while doing trusted recon.
