Symptoms

 It is not possible to execute successfully a SOA Bulk Recovery procedure using the following method: Enterprise Manager console > SOA > soa-infra > Error Hospital > Bulk Recovery Options > Retry

It is errorring out with NULL on EM console and this error was found in the ESS server out files:
