After Installing Multiple Patches to WLS, WCC, and Imaging, AD Users are Unable To Login Into Imaging (Doc ID 2775778.1)

Symptoms

Multiple patches were applied including WebLogic Server (WLS), WebCenter Enterprise Capture(WEC), WebCenter Content (WCC), WebCenter Content: Imaging, Outside In Technology (OIT), and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The following 2 patches were applied to Imaging:

Patch 29659838

Patch 31347807

Afterwards, users are not able to login to Imaging using the Load Balancer address. Doing so fails with "Invalid credentials" in the browser. There is no error in the Imaging logs for "Invalid credentials". When bypassing the Load Balancer and going directly to the Imaging servers, the login is successful.
