Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Only 28 Entitlements/Accounts Show Up After Sorting (Doc ID 2776134.1)

Symptoms

After navigating to Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) User's Accounts/Entitlements tab and sorting based on the Name, Application Instance or Status, only 28 items will be shown even though the user has more than 28 items. The page navigation across different entitlements/accounts also breaks.

 The issue could manifest on other pages also. For example, User search in manage user page and manager direct report page.
