Search Configured With Multiple Not Equals in Parenthesis Group Returns Incorrectly In Search Results (Doc ID 2776775.1)

Symptoms

The below search has been configured within Imaging:

Search = ParenSearch
Text Field 1 EQUALS Or
( Text Field 9 NOT EQUALS Or
Text Field 10 NOT EQUALS )

When values are entered into both of the NOT EQUALS fields, the results are incorrect.  It omits for both fields, not for either one as the conjunction of 'Or'  would be expected.
