SOA INFRA In Failed State On Compact Domain With Server Name Using a Dot (Doc ID 2777201.1)

Symptoms

When creating a compact domain using jdev and setting the server name with a dot as in "pfmw_soa_dev.admin"

SOA-INFRA application goes to failed state after the server start with the following error:

If the server name is changed to avoid using dots (.) as in "pfmw_soa_dev_admin" this works with no issues.
