Symptoms

Asset updates are not always reflecting in Lucene search through Contributor UI. We have to edit and save the asset for the update to show up correctly in the search results.

No errors or exceptions observed in the sites.log for oracle.wcsites.search.lucene or oracle.wcsites.search.asset.
