Goal

Provide steps to troubleshoot WebLogic (WLS) 12c Admin Console AdminServer Monitoring tab showing 'No Patches Installed' even thought opatch lsinventory shows the correct patch listing.
  Server > AdminServer > Monitoring > General > Patch List: 

"opatch lsinventory" is executed to display the patch listing, steps are provided to trace the opatch command progress.
