Exchange 12c Connector Does Not Bring Status In Reconciliation Event After Upgrade (Doc ID 2777299.1)

Symptoms

The Exchange 12c Connector does not bring status in Reconciliation event after upgrade from 11g Exchange Connector to 12c Exchange Connector.  Even though nothing changed in the Connector and the configuration in design console appears correct according to the 12c documentation, the status always comes as null in the Reconciliation event.  As a result, the status of the account can be wrong in OIM.
