Document Preview is Blank in the Content Manager Task Flow in WebCenter Portal When Hovering the Mouse Over the File Name Before Navigating to the Document (Doc ID 2778689.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Document Preview is blank in the Content Manager Task Flow in WebCenter Portal when hovering the mouse over the file name before navigating to the document.
Clicking on the document name instead of hovering over it allows the the document preview to show correctly.
Issue only happens for documents uploaded to folders in the portal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the document preview in all cases.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
     
  2. Create a Portal (MyPortal).
     
  3. Create a folder on a portal (MyFolder).
     
  4. Upload a file to the folder (MyFile.pdf).
     
  5. Clear the browser cache.
     
  6. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
     
  7. Navigate to the folder in the portal.
     
  8. Hover the mouse over the document name.
    This will show the document path in a small window.
    It will show something like this:
     
    Enterprise Libraries ‪>‬ MyPortal ‪>‬ MyFolder ‪>‬ MyFile.pdf
     
  9. Click the document name to view the document.
    The document preview is blank. 
     
  10. Clear the browser cache.
     
  11. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
     
  12. Navigate to the folder in the portal.
     
  13. Click the document name to view the document without hovering over the document name.
    The document preview works as expected.
