Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 or 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to navigate to Trash folder when using a non-English user locale, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install either of the last two patchsets for 12.2.1.3.0 (31754691 (Oct 2020) or 32169510 (Jan 2021))
2. Change user locale to non-English locale
3. Navigate to Browse Content -> Folders -> Users -> Trash
4. This issue does not occur if English-US is current user locale

Due to this issue, users cannot access trash folder when using native language.
