ORDS Password Change/Update for ALL Continers in a Multi-container Database (Doc ID 2780118.1)

ORDS is installed in a CDB with its users as common.

The password for ORDS_PUBLIC_USER schema is expired and needed to be updated. When trying to change the password using the below command:

alter user ORDS_PUBLIC_USER identified by <PASSWORD> account unlock;

It is throwing the below error.
