Exalogic Virtual : EMOC Reports An Incident Related To CPU Utilisation On Exalogic Node (Doc ID 2782275.1)

Symptoms

EMOC reports an incident in the Message Center that the CPU utilization for one of the compute nodes has reached close to 100% as seen below.

The description says "Process CPU Utilization Percentage xxxxx has reached xxx" and the 'Current Status' shows a green check symbol indicating the incident is 'Cleared' as seen below:
