Apache reload command for httpd service fails and generates core dump after WebLogic Server Proxy Plug-In 12.2.1.3.0 was installed and configured.

Command:

/bin/systemctl reload httpd.service

Trace from core dump:

No core dump is created when "systemctl start httpd.service" command is used.
