Missing Class Error In Oracle Forms Applications (Doc ID 2783024.1)

Goal

An Oracle Forms Application is throwing "class not found error"

The application was working correctly and started to fail without any changes done.
It was tested with a different version of the JRE (1.8.0_201, 1.8.0_291) but it did not help.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
