Symptoms

UI Fails to Load After Setting cookie-secure to true

After adding  <cookie-secure>true</cookie-secure> in the sites war WEB-INF/weblogic.xml to secure JSESSIONID:
e.g.
<cookie-secure>true</cookie-secure>

The sites UI stopped loading correctly, with the top wem bar repeatedly loading
