Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Customer is encountering an error when running Shipping-Transportation outbound interface to send deliveries from EBS to OTM. Our integration is EBS ->SOA -> OTM.

EBS 12.2.7 (on prem)
SOA [confirming version] (on prem)
OTM 21A (cloud)

Following error is observed.
