Sample Projects Downloads Are Not Available Anymore And Can't Find Them In Edelivery (Doc ID 2784204.1)

Goal

We are trying to download the Oracle SOA Suite Samples (12c) that are needed for the documentation tutorials (https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/soa-suite/soa/12.2.1.4/develop/developing-soa-applications-oracle-soa-suite.pdf or http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/soasuite/learnmore/soasuitesamplestutorials-2765831.html) but all of the links are dead or redirect us to https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/soasuite-learmore.html where they can't be found. We also tried finding them in eDelivery but we could not find them.

Originally we opened a non-technical request but we were advised to open a technical one.

Everyone keeps pointing us to the OTN page for SOA Suite for the download and I know that before the website re-design they were there and we have downloaded before the samples for older versions of the product but they are not there anymore. Without those files the tutorials and documentation can not be followed/completed.
