Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

SOA Composites fail while inserting flow instance data into soa-infra tables. This error is occurring for any service randomly on all our environments. It is random and intermittent. When we retry these instances which are in recovery required state, they succeed. They also succeed where auto retry is configured. Following error is happening based on the logs.
