Underline in Menu is Not Displayed in Win2K , XP and Other New Versions (Doc ID 278605.1)

Symptoms

 In case of Windows NT when a form is run ,its underline is displayed automatically.
In the later versions like Windows 2K, Windows XP the underline is displayed
only when the Alt key is pressed.

Changes

 Upgraded the Operating System.
