Symptoms
While installing Oracle Analytics Server (OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0.0), the next error is reported in the installation logs.
The installation is on top of a RAC database with 2 nodes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1] Make the installation for the Oracle Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.2.1.3.0
2] Install the OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 Software
3] Start the obi config.cmd tool to create the schemas and create the domain
4] After the database information is provided and the domain is created, the error is reported.
