Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Importing a Form from Another Env Leads to GUI Error: Could not find task flow

The same connector was installed in both the Source environment and Target environment via Application On Boarding (AOB).
After importing a working connector <form_name> into the Target environment that had been exported from the Source environment and then activating a sandbox, the provisioning process to the Target resource is not working.
The provisioning process displays a status of "Provisioning".
The following error is shown in the Graphical User Interface (GUI): "Could not find task flow <form_name>."
Source environment was working with an empty <form_name> in its' configuration.
An export of the <form_name> was done from the Source environment and imported into the Target environment.
