Failed JMS Messages Are Not Moving To Error Destination (Doc ID 2787199.1)

Symptoms

Use case is as following:

1. A custom Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Service acts as a producer for a Uniform Distributed Queue.

2. Another custom OSB Service consumes the messages from the Queue and update the downstream system.

3. When the downstream system is down the expectation is that the message consumed in (2) should move to an error destination however messages are not moving to error destination.

Changes

 Configure an error destination for a Uniform Distributed Queue.
