Symptoms

In a recently upgraded OIG 12.2.1.4 clustered environment, the Resource history page loads a blank page when accessed via AWS Load Balancer (LB) Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

The Resource history page is loading as expected if accessed through direct OIM URL (either through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Non SSL port)).

Error is seen in the browser network trace log:

 

 

Changes

 Upgraded base environment to OIG 12.2.1.4.
