Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c: Import And Export Options are Not Working After Upgrade

Symptoms
Export/Import Options are not working after the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) upgrade to 12c.
After clicking on Export/ Import option, it just spins and does nothing.
oimFrontEndURL and oimExternalFrontEndURL values are updated correctly in oim-config.xml file.
There is no OAM integration and <ssoEnabled> is set to false in oim-config.xml file.
OIM logs has the following errors when issues happens:
