Import And Export Options are Not Working In OIM12c after the Upgrade (Doc ID 2789000.1)

Symptoms

Export/Import Options are not working after the OIM upgrade to 12c.

After clicking on Export/ Import option it just spins and does nothing.

oimFrontEndURL and oimExternalFrontEndURL values are updated correctly in oim-config.xml file.

There is no OAM integration and <ssoEnabled> is set to false in oim-config.xml file.

OIM logs has the following errors when issues happens:
