Extract fails to start due to "undefined symbol: OCIXStreamOutSessionSet" message (Doc ID 2789091.1)

Oracle GoldenGate - Version 19.1.0.0.4 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

Extract fails to start if traget database is Oracle Database 11gR2 on Linux and version of Oracle Database / Client is 11.2.0.1/11.2.0.2.
In report file of MGR (MGR.rpt), following message appears.

2021-06-28 03:02:41 INFO OGG-00975 EXTRACT <Extract> starting.
<GG_HOME>/extract: symbol lookup error: <GG_HOME>/extract: undefined symbol: OCIXStreamOutSessionSet
