wsm/wsm-seed-policies.jar (No such file or directory) error after upgrading SOA to 12.2.14 from 12.2.1.3 (Doc ID 2789901.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric


After upgrading SOA from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 and rename the OLD_ORACLE_HOME and after restarting the domain, logs in the admin and managed server still references OLD_HOME and throws the following error

<WSM-02058, Failed due to : XXXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXX/wsm/wsm-seed-policies.jar (No such file or directory).>

The servers go up but the SOA-INFRA folder does not appear in the FMW console.
