Symptoms

After An Upgrade of the EBS Database To 18c or 19c, Unable To Locate EBS Forms Log Files used with the Managed Attachments Integration

After the above upgrade, not able to find WCC Managed Attachments log files that were available in utl_file_dir EBS database parameter.

In 18c and 19c this parameter is no longer available, therefore cannot find the log files: unable to troubleshoot issues we are seeing with the EBS Forms managed attachments functionality.
