WebLogic Admin Console After Entering the Credential it Fail with Error "This site can’t be reached" (Doc ID 2791589.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Admin console fails to respond after the credential is entered, the following message is seen in browser. This problem is only seen when Admin console is accessed via Apache proxy, if accessed direct Admin console is not having this issue.
