Why Is a Server Generating so Much GC Logs than Other Nodes in The Cluster? (Doc ID 2791906.1)

Goal

Noticed that a server node is generating a lot of more garbage collection logs when compared to other nodes in the cluster.  Why is this server generating so much gc logs?
