WebCenter Capture Image Processing Issue - Large Document Size (Doc ID 2791943.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture is not able to process an image with a stamp. The rest of the images with no stamps are processing successfully.

No error occurs for the processing step in logs, but the image captured was blank in the batch.  The same image has been captured perfectly when saved locally and then processed through Capture.
