OIT OPatch Fails with message "OPatch failed with error code 73" During an Imaging Upgrade (Doc ID 2792565.1)

Symptoms

During an Imaging upgrade, when trying to apply OIT Patch 32712052: OUTSIDE IN TECHNOLOGY 8.5.5 #Opatch4 packages for WCC 12.2.1.X - April 2021, it fails with the following errors found in the OPatch log file:
