WebLogic Server Default Ciphers Not Responding (Doc ID 2792615.1)

Symptoms

Enabled the following 3 ciphers by restricting other ciphers from WLS config.xml like below:


When testing the connection to verify which ciphers accepted at the servers and client using scan tools, only one is responding to the cipher scan tool.
