The OHS Webgate on AIX Fails to Connect Via OAP Over Rest to the OAM Server (Doc ID 2792956.1)

Symptoms

After configuring the 12.2.1.4 webgate on the AIX platform to use an OAP over REST connection to the OAM server the connection fails with the following error:
