Content Tracker Reduction Process Is Keeping Database Connections Active (Doc ID 2793245.1)

Symptoms

After enabling Content Tracker reduction process schedule to run daily.  We are seeing active database connections increase by one connection every day in system audit page. 

If the reduction is disabled the the connections are not increasing.
