Oracle Identity Manager (OIG) Sunrise of Accounts and Entitlements Schedule Job set Entitlement Status as 'Provisioned' instead of 'Rejected' for a Failed Provisioning Task (Doc ID 2793284.1)

Symptoms

If the provisioning of an entitlement fails by running schedule job Sunrise of Accounts and Entitlements the entitlements shows as Provisioned instead of Rejected.

The steps that reproduce the issue are the following:

  1. user request a future granted entitlement
  2. when the date comes scheduled job Sunrise of Accounts and Entitlements is run
  3. provisioning of the entitlement fails 
  4. user entitlement in the user's entitlement tab shows as Provisioned instead of Rejected
