Managed Server Fails to Stop using Node Manager When Started Using 'wlscontrol.sh' (Doc ID 2794791.1)

Symptoms

After starting managed server with below command, WebLogic console doesn't show health properly and not able to stop managed server's from WebLogic console.

To start the Managed Server:

~/Oracle/Middleware/wlserver/common/bin/wlscontrol.sh -n /home/ndmgr -d <Domain_name> -r <path_to_domain> -c -f startManagedWebLogic.sh -s <Managedserver_name> START
