On: APEX 5.0.4.00.12 version, Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Web service calls started to have intermittency suddenly.

ERROR MESSAGE
-------------------
java.security.ProviderException: nextBytes() failed


Issue cannot be reproduced outside APEX, for example, by using UTL_HTTP api.

Issue started after Exadata nodes (VM) was patched.
