Exalogic: Slowness Issue On ZFS Storage Appliance Heads

Symptoms
In Exalogic racks, both Physical and Virtual racks, in some cases the slowness is observed on ZFS Storage Appliance.
Slowness is noticed on ZFS heads as follows:
- SSH connection to ZFS heads both active and passive heads.
- ZFS BUI Console login and navigating the BUI console being slow.
- Reboot of ZFS heads taking long time. Bootup is stuck for long time at the point where ZFS Head is trying to join the cluster.
- NFS operations also being slower from the ZFS heads.
