Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, you can run into issues of EMOC processes consuming high CPU after applying 2.0.6.4.0 Upgrade. When that happens you may see following issues:


 

Changes

This issue has been seen in Exalogic 2.0.6.4.x racks which were upgraded from 2.0.6.3.x using the Upgrade Kit.  It can also happen in fresh installation of 2.0.6.4.x racks.
